The White House – Celebrating LGBT Pride Month
The President and First Lady hosted the first-of-its-kind LGBT Pride Month reception at the White House yesterday [June 29th]. On the heels of the 40th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, the reception brought together LGBT families, volunteers, community leaders, lawmakers and heads of LGBT organizations to celebrate the LGBT community.
