so beautiful, my mother said we were the same when we would leave UK for Caribbean breaks and see black folks as professionals, apparently we would stare and want to touch teachers, and yes even cops to make sure they were like us. She said that’s why we never stopped dreaming unlike most of my caribbean descent friends who were so quick to internalise their self hate in London. What A Beautiful Moment!!
